Use of this site
This website is provided for information about Glitch Labs and our services. Content here is not a binding offer, quote or professional advice. Don't use the site to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
Engagements and quotes
Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees and deliverables. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Timelines, stats and case-study figures shown on this site describe past work and are not a guarantee of future results.
Intellectual property
The Glitch Labs name, logo, site design and copy are ours. Ownership of code and assets we build for a client is set out in that client's project agreement.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
