Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form on this site, your email client sends us your name, email address and the project details you wrote. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, scope potential work and, if we start a project together, to communicate about that engagement. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the business (for example email and hosting providers), or where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing dev@glitchlabs.tech.
